Rules of the Track

	Watch during the race for the Track Marshalls to display the flags. Yellow - Caution/Slow Down Blue - Mandatory Pass Black - Unsafe Driving Checkered - Race is Over
Our course is a 1/4 mile road course with 14 turns! Unlike our competition, we run races by time, not laps. This makes all drivers, regardless of how fast or slow they are, have the same amount of time on the track.

After the race, stop by the front desk to get your computerized race results and see who gets the bragging rights!

Kids Electric Karts

	This course is created especially for young drivers and is a heavily padded "L" shaped course with 4 turns. Our track personnel can quickly and easily attend to all drivers at any point on the track.
Ages 3,4 & 5 drive our small electric karts.

Kids Gas Karts

	This course is created especially for young drivers and is a heavily padded "L" shaped course with 4 turns. Our track personnel can quickly and easily attend to all drivers at any point on the track.
Ages 6-10 drive our specially-designed gas powered kids karts. .

The Winner's Circle

This room can seat up to 75 in the enclosed setup or divider doors can open and seat up to 150. Your group is invited to use our PA system and on-site projector. Coin-operated pool tables and air hockey are adjacent to the room. Catering options are also available.

The NASCAR Room

This room can seat 20 people with a great view of the racing action on the downstairs adult track.

The Legends Rooms

(2 rooms upstairs) The Legends rooms are convieniently located adjacent to the kids track and game room. Each room seats 25.

The Formula One Room

This room is suitable for groups of less than 25 people. Great for having a quiet meeting or seminar before taking the action out to the racetrack.

The Snack Bar
Is Now Open!

Get with your friends before and after racing. Bottled beer, soda, hot drinks, sandwiches, & snacks available everyday.
The snack bar also serves light snacks during the weekends..

Climbing Wall

All ages enjoy climbing our 24 foot high wall with 5 different paths to the top. Climbers are strapped into a state of the art safety belay system which makes rappelling down lots of fun. Groups can hold timed competitions and candy dashes on the wall.

Turbo Toilets

New unique fun on a motorized toilet on our upstairs obstacle course. These fun racers have variable speeds for ages 8 - adult and are a novel addition to any party.

Bouncy House

Let the kids burn off some energy in our Bouncy Basketball House. Kids can either "bounce off the walls" or get a Slam Dunk game of basketball going with the two basketball hoops inside. Open for individuals on the weekends or always available for group parties!

How fast are your karts?
Our adult karts go approximately 25-30 MPH and our custom made kids karts go 7-10 mph

Do you run electric karts or gas powered karts?
Our adult and kids karts are gas powered. Many of our customers prefer the "real-feel" of gas karts over the electric karts. Our gas karts are lighter, have better response and handling, and can run longer races than our competitor's electric karts. Nothing says racing more than hearing the roar of the engine as you pull out of the pits!

Is a driver's license required to race at Traxx?
Drivers are not required to show a driver's license. Drivers who are 16 and older may sign their own waiver release form. Drivers who are under 16 years old must have a legal parent/guardian sign a release form prior to racing.

How many laps are your races?
Unlike some of our competitors, we hold races by time, not laps so everybody will have the same amount of time on the track. One can usually get about 20 laps in a session.

Do you have two-seat karts so my child can ride with me?
Unfortunately we do not. Traxx runs high-performance go-karts that are much faster than the family fun center-type karts so therefore all our karts are single-seaters.

Do I need to wear anything special before I race?
Closed-toed shoes are the only item that is required. Loose clothing and long hair must be secured before racing.

Can I bring my own helmet to wear on the track?
Yes, you can as long as it is DOT approved.

Do you run any competitive racing events?
Check out our "Adults" and "Groups" pages for a list of competitive-type events that can be setup for groups. For individuals, Traxx runs the "TRAXX 100" endurance race the last Tuesday of every month. We also occasionally offer league racing.
